Payment

We accept credit card or direct debit payments.

As we do not have an online credit card verification system, please make contact with us to provide your credit card details over the phone 07-575-2966.

Please ensure you enter an appropriate reference when making payment so that your purchase can be easily identified (e.g. your name).

Delivery

Please note that we do not hold all items on our website in stock and therefore it may take a few days to have these delivered to us before we can dispatch to you. It will be our endeavour to deliver this item to you as swiftly as we can.

We generally send your item via CourierPost. The fee is $8 inc GST anywhere in New Zealand (including PO Box) except rural delivery. Rural delivery fee is $12 inc GST. These fees are based on a shoe box sized parcel. If the item you have purchased is larger then please check with us what the fee will be.
