GPS Tracking

In-Vehicle Phone  

A hands free phone module, speaker and microphone can be added to the standard tracking unit to support hands free phone dialling with the option of centrally software controlled phone numbers via the tracking software interface. The In-Vehicle phone can also be configured to allow driver logon and logoff.

Engine Management Interface  

An Engine Management interface supporting both SAE1708 and SAEJ1939 standards meaning that MTData can interface to most trucks on the market today. The ECM interface allows companies to gain real-time information including Oil Temperatures and Pressures, Coolant Temperatures, RPM, Gear, Odometer, Engine hours, fuel consumptions and more.

G-Force Sensors  

Monitor hard acceleration, braking and cornering to reduce accidents, improve overall driver behavior and reduce overall vehicle maintenance costs. In the event of an accident, a second by second report can be downloaded detailing activity before and after the accident. Real-time reports of excessive forces can be sent via email or sms alerts.

Trailer Tracking  

MTData offer three levels of trailer tracking. These range from low cost trailer tracking for your own trailers, remote trailer monitoring using a complete tracking device and auto-rechargeable batteries, and refrigerated trailer tracking for monitoring the temperature of your freight. All solutions lead to improved trailer efficiency and utilization.

Refrigerated Trailer Temperature Tracking  

This solution allows remote tracking and monitoring of refrigerated trailers and goods. The solution monitors the temperature set by the driver and ensures the temperatures of the trailers stay within the acceptable ranges. If the driver sets the wrong temperature for the goods in the trailer or if the trailer temperature goes out of range then live exception alerts and alarms are generated for immediate action preventing any damage to the goods.

Portable Data Terminals  

Designed for companies who require job dispatch or data collection applications, the ruggedized dats5050 includes a touch screen for digital signature capture, Bluetooth connectivity and an optional barcode reader. A built in GSM/GPRS modem allows sending of data whilst out of the cradle. Like all MTData products the dats5050 is designed for the Australian environment; with ruggedised casing and dual redundant SIM cards for support on multiple networks.

In-Vehice Computing  

This fixed in-vehicle data terminal is a total solution built for the mobile environment. The unit offers in vehicle computing, on a 7 touch screen, combined with the benefits of GPS tracking. A processor running the Windows CE operating system, allowing the support of third party software such as GPS Navigation. This product can support the addition of an in vehicle phone, engine management interface and G-Force sensors.
